Harmony Riders Membership Levels

Harmony Riders has always been maintained as a family oriented organization. Members can enjoy creating wonderful memories of summer camping with their families, evenings around a campfire, fishing in the nearby stream, and horse riding on the Harmony grounds. Open Horse Shows are held throughout the season with carded Judges, as well as organized trail rides and Family Fun Shows. Below you’ll find information on both temporary or permanent membership with the association. It is important that temporary and permanent members read and understand our bylaws, which can be read here.

Temporary Membership

Temporary membership may be used for a single event ($10 application fee), a season pass ($25 application fee), or Drill Team membership ($25).

Temporary membership has certain restrictions and must also follow all Ground Rules, Barn Rules, and Special Event Rules.

Temporary members are subject to all By Laws and policies.

Temporary membership does not allow use of the grounds
(clubhouse, barns, arena, etc.) at any time outside of specified dates of Special Events.

Temporary members may upgrade to a Permanent membership if they do so on or before the last scheduled Special Event of the year. They will pay the balance of the application fee and probation year will begin on the original date of joining. All requirements of Permanent Membership will apply.

Permanent Membership

The application fee for membership is $75. Membership includes the applicant, as well as spouse and children under age 18 if applicable.

Members will be required to show active participation in the club in order to be voted in as a permanent
member following the probation period.

Permanent Membership is granted upon acceptance of the member by the Board of Directors following
the years’ probation period.

Membership Dues are due January 1st of each year and must be paid within 60 days to be a member in good standing.

Lifetime Membership

Lifetime memberships are bestowed upon Permanent Members who have committed themselves to Harmony Riders and maintained at least 25 years of continuous membership (or 15 years if the member is 65 or older).

Lifetime members remain as permanent members with the exception that they are no longer required to pay dues nor complete Active Working Member hours.
